The After Action Report

Hello, everyone. At The After Action Report, we have a passion for self-improvement and learning from our successes and mistakes and those around us in an effort to avoid making repeated mistakes. This is why we created The After Action Report.

The After Action Report is a term the military uses for the review of an operation or exercise after its completion. They use this review to evaluate the positives and negatives, successes and failures, and to create lessons learned based on those experiences during the mission. The After Action Report is an incredibly useful tool to learn from mistakes and evaluate how to improve moving forward. After spending over a decade in the military and simply living a life full of experiences, mistakes, and successes, I wanted to create The After Action Report based on those experiences.

We want to use The After Action Report to evaluate ways in which we have succeeded in life and those where we have failed. We want to use these experiences to better us and those who read The After Action Report. Hopefully, you can learn from our mistakes and successes together and build a community in which we can all succeed in life and achieve our goals, whatever those may be.
